Tawang, Nov 12 : Arunachal Pradesh Governor Gen (Retd) J J Singh today inaugurated the first Automated Teller Machine (ATM) counter at Army Brigade near War Memorial at Tawang, the major tourism hub of the State. “The dream has finally turned into reality with the opening of first ATM and a few more are in the pipeline,’’ Gen Singh commented after formally inaugurating the counter. “The SBI which had already started ATM facility in various parts of the state failed to open even a single ATM
